Stephen Fite Concerts

When Stephen Fite is the Substitute Teacher leading the way through the classroom day, you never know what's going to happen!  But needless to say, when Stephen's involved, music and movement can't be far behind.  The day will begin with a song, and from there the sky's the limit.  Calendar Time, Lunch, Phys. Ed., and lots and lots of learning!  Just your typical school day done Stephen's way.  So come join us and sing your way through Stephen's classroom day so that you can say, "I had a Funtastic School Day with Stephen Fite!"  

When Should I Reserve My Seats?

If you would like to bring your class or kids to the show, all you have to do is call our office at 800-234-9228 and make reservations as soon as possible.  You can even reserve before school begins with nothing more than an estimated seat count.  Most of Stephen’s shows sell out within just a couple of weeks so don’t wait to collect your money.  Just give us your name, school name and other pertinent info along with an estimated seat count and you’ll be ready to sing and dance with Stephen. 

Tickets

Tickets for the 2011-2012 Concert Tour are $5.00 each and must be reserved by phone at 800-234-9228, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CST. 

Please do not wait to collect your money before reserving as these shows fill up quickly. Your money is not due until 30 days from the date of the concert.

Wristbands For Everyone

In an effort to speed up entry into the theatre, as well as provide security for all in attendance, each person will need to have a wristband on their wrist before entering the theatre.  The wristband will be your ticket for the show.  You will be receiving information in your concert packet outlining the procedures.  If you would like to take a look now, click on this link and read away - Wristband Program.

Dressing Funtastic For The Concert!

This year's theme is all about the most Funtastic School Day ever!  Stephen will be wearing his "Funtastic" clothes for the show and of course, he wants you to join in on the fun and wear your Funtastic clothes, too.  What are Funtastic clothes you ask?  Well, anything exciting, silly, quirky, or to put it plainly - anything out of the ordinary!  Here's just a few ideas: mismatched socks and shoes, ties with t-shirts, pants that are tooooo short, shirts with crazy things attached, funny hats, crazy wigs or hair with lots of color or gel.  If your favorite letter is "B", then attach items like buttons, bows, bears and balls to your clothes.  Your definition of Funtastic may be something completely different.  If so, show Stephen what it is.  He can't wait to see it.  Even if you choose not to dress up, be sure to wear your "dancin' shoes" and your "I'm ready to have a Funtastic time with Stephen clothes."  Its going to be a Funtastic time! 

My daughter and I attended your concert in Hunstville, Alabama last week on a class field trip.  This morning, the radio mentioned Elvis and she asked who he was.  My husband tried to explain that he was one of the greatest singers ever and that Elvis and the Beatles were probably the most famous musicians of all time.  Her response:  'Yeah, Elvis, the Beatles, and Stephen Fite.  He's just as good as those guys.'  Thought you would appreciate that!  She obviously had a great time :)"    Holly Dodd, Parent

Join In The Singing During The Show

Stephen would love to hear you and your class belting out the songs with your Funtastic voices during the show.  To help you do that, he has provided three FREE mp3 downloads to help you practice before the big day arrives.  The first tune is titled Brand New Day and will be the opening song of the show.  The second tune is called It's Funtastic and is the theme song for the Funtastic School Day tour.  Both cuts are from his newest CD, Songs For A Funtastic School Day.  The third is an unreleased song written specifically for the concert called Learn It Up.  You can also download and print the Lyrics and Activity Suggestions for each song.  To download the mp3's, Right-Click and Select "Save Link/Target As" and save in your Music folder.
