Most orders are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. This window depends on the time of day the order was received and/if the desired product is in stock.
All Shipping Costs are based on Table Rate or flat fee depending on the dollar amount of the order.
Our preferred Shipping carriers are USPS and UPS. The delivery time for both carriers from our office in Oklahoma City, OK ranges from 2 days for adjacent states all the way up to 5 days for those locations on both coasts. Locations outside the US may incur additional charges.
We will make every effort to insure your product leaves our office and arrives at your location in great condition.
Returns/Defective Policy
All products ordered from Melody House are non-returnable unless defective/damaged or shipped in error.
Product that is damaged/defective or missing must be reported within 15 days of receipt by calling our Customer Service Dept. at 800-234-9228.
