Sample Activity Suggestion: Cut a piece of red poster board in to the shape of a ladybug. Outline in black and add six to eight 4” black dots – 3 to 4 on each wing. Laminate and lay it on the floor. Divide your class in to teams or play individually. Give each child 3 bean bags to toss at the ladybug. They should try to land their bags on the dots. Determine ahead of time the point value(s). To teach right and left, draw a straight, black line down the middle of your ladybug and instruct them to aim for the dots on the right or the left side.
