The Words to the Song:
Five little speckled frogs
Sitting on a speckled log,
Eating some most delicious bugs, “Yum! Yum!”
One jumped into the pool,
Where it was nice and cool,
Now there are just four speckled frogs, “Glub! Glub!”
(Substitute Four, Three, Two and One in place of Five to finish each verse)
Sample Activity Suggestion: Follow up story with a snack such as “Ants on a Log.” Spread peanut butter on celery, sprinkle with raisins.
